jonsykkel[asciilifeform]: item2: if you follow 4.3.1 recipe as far as i can tell thers nothing to prevent duplicate packets (replayed identical packets, not same message from diff peers) in order buffer
jonsykkel[asciilifeform]: item3: info listed in 4.1.3 is not sufficient to determine Rbm in 4.3.3.2.2
