I haven't dug up those orphaned blocks yet, but I have examined blocks from July 4th - July 7thish and it seems as though the softph0rk certainly fell flat on its face, and was only implemented by the mining cartel at some ??? point in the near-but-not-so-near future. For example block 380,001 has high s sigs.
