lobbes: but yeah shrysr, take it from me in that you don't want to develop the habit of saying you'll deliver and then... not delivering. Even if no one 'notices' it will hinder your ability to truly grow
diana_coman: more to the point: every "silent" fail is a lie you tell yourself and as a result, the only thing growing is your capacity to fool yourself (which is anyway quite big for everyone to start with, not to mention a big drawback otherwise).
