awt[asciilifeform]: Currently long buffer gets written to the db. Maybe only save address cast messages that update the db? I can't think of a reason why you'd want to save them long term at all.

jonsykkel[asciilifeform]: so u will only have ur bufer capacity permanently reduced by ~60*dead_peers
