ben_vulpes: there's a very real lower bound on the savings to be delivered with this vehicle though, and they're probably going to get burnt down by the poor folks who can't afford any better than the plastic having to drive further because must ams cities.

ben_vulpes: relatedly, light industry in p-town is gearing up for some serious wailing on the topic of how all of the cheap housing for their cheap labor is ~gone and now cheap labor has to buy a car and fuel/maintain/operate/park it instead of biking ten minutes to the shabby-chic warehouse from their squalid shared living setups
